Highlights are blog posts for Real Estate.
Very similar to a blog post, a Highlight is simply a piece of content (written post, photo, video, 360° photo or 360° video) that is related to a neighborhood, city, local event, lifestyle topic or anything else that may be of interest to people interested in buying or selling Real Estate.
What makes Highlights unique to WikiRealty?
They appear on a Map-Based Property Search next to listings so as people are looking, they can not only see the properties in an area, but also the local insight about that specific neighborhood or part of a city. Not simply a generic post describing why Millennials aren’t buying homes.
A primary market is the main neighborhood, town or city that you want to grow your business in.
After you have created an account, adding a primary location will help us help you reach more people where it matters most. Your Primary Location will serve as a way for us to know your market and give you the best suggestions for how to grow.
If you don’t have a listing, and you are subscribed to Plus, Premium, Pro or Autopilot:
Your Primary Location will be the default view on your Map-Based Property Search on your profile page.
If you are subscribed to Plus, Premium, Pro or Autopilot:
We help you reach more people online by creating Highlights with trending hyper-local topics that we write specifically for you based on your Primary Location.
So if your Primary Location is set to Oceanside, CA, for example, we would create a highlight similar to this:
San Diego’s New Soccer Team To Build Stadium In Oceanside

We use your Neighborhoods selections to deliver updates to you about what consumers in those markets want to know about.

Interests are the lifestyle topics that you are an expert in.
