Do I Need To Have A WikiRealty Account

Yes. You just need a FREE account on WikiRealty to be able to get Interactive Listing Ads.

In order for us to run ads on Facebook and Instagram using your accounts, you will need to sync your social media accounts in your settings on your WikiRealty account.

You can sign up for WikiRealty with your Facebook account or with your email address at: www.wikirealty.com

Who Will See My Ads

Your Ads will be displayed on both Facebook and Instagram in the Feeds of consumers who meet the targeting criteria.

In order for your Interactive Listing Ads to run using your Facebook Business Page, you must sync your Facebook Ads to your WikiRealty account in your account settings.

In order for your Interactive Listing Ads to run using your Instagram account, you must have already synced your Instagram to your Facebook Business Page. This must be done directly on facebook.com. We can not sync these accounts for you.

Where Will My Ads Appear

Interactive Listing Ads are mobile only. They will only appear in the Feeds of consumers using the Facebook and Instagram Mobile Apps.

In order to get the benefits of True Instant Loading and a Full-Screen Experience, Interactive Ads can only run on the mobile app versions of Facebook and Instagram to achieve this level of immersion and performance.

Interactive Listing Ads will not be shown to consumers who are using the desktop or mobile web versions of Facebook and Instagram.

How Long Will My Ads Run

Your Ads will run for approximately 25 days and reach up to 7,000 people in your target market.

Reach numbers are estimates and may vary by location and other factors.

What is True Instant Loading

Our Interactive Listing Ads use Facebook Canvas Ad Format. This enables us to create Full-Screen multimedia Ad experiences that load nearly instantly within the Facebook and Instagram Mobile Apps.

Canvas is designed for mobile and loads up to ten times faster than the standard mobile web. This means you have the opportunity to capture more consumers who aren’t bouncing because your website or other lead capture platform takes too long to load.

How Does The Built-In Lead Capture Work?

Our Interactive Listing Ads offer 3 ways for you to engage directly with consumers who have engaged with your Ad:

Consumers who click your ad with be displayed a Schedule Tour button, that remains visible throughout the entire Full-Screen Ad experience at the bottom of the Ad.

This links directly to your Facebook Business Pages Messenger Inbox, where you can automatically create and manage your appointments and sync with your Google Calendar. Consumers who have scheduled appointments will also receive automatic reminders for their upcoming appointments.

One-Tap To Call & One-Tap To Message
Consumers can reach you directly in real-time with just one click from the Ad. They will also be prompted with common questions pre-filled for them to make initiating the conversation even easier.

Email Capture On Your WikiRealty Profile
Your WikiRealty Profile will also be linked to the Ad directly. Consumers can look up your other methods of contact (email and social) as well as learn more about you. There is an email capture form that lives on your profile page*.

* You must have a MOGO Page to have email capture on your profile, which comes with any of our content subscriptions.

How Are Appointments Scheduled From The Ad

Facebook provides a built-in smart calendar system directly in your Facebook Business Page’s Messenger Inbox.

When a consumer clicks on Schedule Tour from the Interactive Listing Ad, they are sent to your Facebook Messenger Page for your Business. They are displayed a few pre-determined options to send an initial message.
(We do not control what options display on this page)

When a user sends a message containing the time they would like to schedule a showing or meeting, you will be displayed a one-tap to confirm appointment button that allows you to automatically create an appointment for that exact date and time as their message request.

This appointment will be synced by default to the consumers Facebook account and your Facebook Business Page.

If you set up your Facebook Business Page to use Google Calendar, you can have your appointments sync to that calendar instead. Scheduling appointments is not an automated process.

We do offer a Messenger Assistant add-on where will can facilitate the conversation and inquiries that come in from the Ad for you.

How Are These Different Than The Boosted Posts

With Boosted Posts, you are very limited in the options you can set to reach people.

With Ads, you get the following extra benefits that are not available with Boosted Posts:

How Do I Connect My Instagram To My Facebook Page

In order for your Interactive Listing Ads to run using your Instagram account, you must sync your Instagram to your Facebook Business Page.

To link your Instagram account to your Facebook Business Page, you first need to be an admin of that Page on Facebook.

To link your Instagram account to a Facebook Page:

Android

  1. Go to your profile and tap  in the top right.
  2. Scroll down and tap Linked Accounts, then select Facebook.
  3. If you haven’t already, enter your Facebook login information.
  4. By default, your Instagram account will link to your personal Facebook Timeline. To link to a Page instead, tap Facebook again and choose a Page that you manage below Share to.

iPhone or Windows Phone

  1. Go to your profile and tap  in the top right.
  2. Scroll down and tap Linked Accounts, then select Facebook.
  3. If you haven’t already, enter your Facebook login information.
  4. By default, your Instagram account will link to your personal Facebook Timeline. To link to a Page instead, tap Facebook again, then tap Share to and choose a Page that you manage.

If you’ve already linked Facebook on your phone or tablet and need to switch accounts, you can unlink your Facebook account from Instagram.
